THE FITNESS CONNECTION is owned and operated by Felipe Ruiz, a certified wellness coach with over 10 years of experience as a fitness professional. During that time he has obtained a vast experience by teaching and training people of all levels, ages and different fitness backgrounds, as well as those with injuries, physical challenges and other special conditions.
Felipe is certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers and also holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Being a native Spanish speaker , please feel free to practice your Spanish, while you get fit!

The mission of THE FITNESS CONNECTION is developing a strength and conditioning system based on permanently varied and functional movements executed at moderate to high intensity. We design fitness programs that are broad, general and holistic. We don’t believe in isolation or specialization.

We pull, push, drag, jump, crawl, hold, run, throw and climb…..We are convinced that variety is key to succeed ! There’s no limit of age, physical limitations, body-weight, gender or specific lifestyle to train with us.
